- 1 medium cabbage
- 1 medium green pepper
- 1 small onion
- 1 garlic clove, diced
- 2 Tbsp. vegetable flakes
- 1 tsp. sugar
- 2 Tbsp. apple cider vinegar
- dash of black pepper
- 2 to 3 Tbsp. vegetable oil
- 1/4 c. water
- dash of cayenne red pepper or crushed red pepper
Directions

1Cut up cabbage. Run cold water over cabbage. In pot add water, oil and rest of seasoning.

2Stir.

3Add cabbage.

4Cook over medium heat 3 minutes.

5Do not stir.

6Turn cabbage from bottom to top. Cover and continue to cook to desired doneness.

7Serves 6.
