- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. elbow macaroni
- 1 (16 oz.) can peeled tomatoes
- 1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 can green beans, drained
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1/2 tsp. garlic
Directions

1Brown ground beef and onion in a large skillet.

2Drain and set aside.

3In same skillet add vegetable oil and heat until hot.

4Add macaroni and brown, stirring constantly as to not burn macaroni. Add water to cover macaroni.

5Cook until done.

6Drain.

7Add meat to macaroni; add remaining ingredients and simmer until heated through.
