  • 1 to 2 yeast
  • 1 2/3 c. dry milk powder
  • 2 Tbsp. oil or shortening
  • 1/3 c. sugar
  • handful brown sugar
  • 3 Tbsp. honey
  • 5 Tbsp. molasses
  • 1 Tbsp. salt
  • 5 c. rye flour
  • white flour to make dough stiff

    Make into loaves (4 to 5).

    Raise, double in size. Bake at 350° for 30 to 40 minutes.
