Ingredients

  • 3 oz. dried or corned beef, chopped
  • 1 1/2 c. sour cream
  • 1 1/2 c. mayonnaise
  • 2 Tbsp. minced onion
  • 2 Tbsp. parsley or parsley flakes
  • 1 Tbsp. chives or green onion tops
  • 1 tsp. dill seed or dill weed
  • 2 tsp. Beau Monde seasoning
  • 1 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1 loaf rye bread, unsliced

Directions

    Combine all ingredients, except bread.

    Slice loaf of bread in half, lengthwise and scoop out inside, which can be cut into bite-size pieces for dipping.

    Put filling into loaf half just before serving.
