  • 1 pkg. (2-layer size) devil's food cake mix
  • 2 cups thawed Cool Whip Whipped Topping
  • 9 oz. Baker's Semi-Sweet Chocolate, broken into pieces, divided
  • 1/2 cup graham crumbs
  • 24 Jet-Puffed Marshmallows

    Prepare cake batter and bake as directed on package for 24 cupcakes; cool completely.

    Microwave Cool Whip and 3 oz.

    chocolate in microwaveable bowl on HIGH 1-1/2 to 2 min.

    or until chocolate is completely melted and mixture is well blended, stirring after each minute.

    Reserve 1/4 cup chocolate mixture; set aside.

    Place graham crumbs in small bowl.

    Dip tops of cupcakes, 1 at a time, in remaining chocolate mixture, then in graham crumbs turning to evenly coat top of each cupcake with chocolate mixture then crumbs.

    Place cupcakes on rimmed baking sheet.

    Top with marshmallows, using 1/2 tsp.

    of the reserved chocolate mixture to attach marshmallow to each cupcake.
