- 1 lb Frozen spinach, thawed
- 1 c Plain yogurt
- 4 oz Buttermilk
- 2 ts Red chili powder
- 2 ts Garam masala
- 1 c Half and half
- 6 oz Paneer, a homemade cheese
- Salt to taste
