  • 10oz baby spinach
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 1/4t cinammon
  • 1t ginger
  • 1/2t garlic
  • 1T coriander
  • 1/2t garam masala
  • 1/2t cayenne
  • 1t cumin
  • 2t salt
  • 3T yogurt
  • 8oz Paneer cheese
  • *Can substite ginger and garlic with 1T garlic ginger paste (found at Indian stores)

Directions

    Saute onion and garlic in large skillet until a little under done. Add all spices. Add spinach. Cover. Saute until spinach is cooked. Add yogurt slowly. Simmer for 5 minutes. Transfer all to a blender, coarsely blend. When blended to an almost smooth consistency, transfer back to skillet. Add cheese and heat.
