- 8 chicken thighs
- 6 tablespoons butter
- 14 teaspoon saffron
- 1 cup chicken stock
- 3 -4 garlic cloves, minced
- 14 cup diced tomato
- 14 cup green onion
- parsley (to garnish)
- 12 cup cold water
- 3 tablespoons flour
Directions

1Melt butter in a large skillet on high.

2Add garlic and chicken pieces.

3fry both sides till golden brown.

4sprinkle with saffron.

5Add chicken stock.

6cover and cook on med for 15 min untill chicken is cooked through.

7mix flour with water.

8add to sauce in pan to thicken.

9cook 1 to 2 minute.

10Remove from heat.

11top with tomatoes onions and parsley.

12Serve and enjoy.
