- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 13 cup red wine
- 14 teaspoon salt
- 14 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons fresh sage, shredded
Directions

1In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium-high heat; cook the onion, stirring occasionally, for about 5 minutes or until softened.

2Add the mushrooms and garlic; cook for about 12 minutes or until no liquid remains.

3Add the wine, salt and pepper; cook for 4 minutes or until the wine has almost evaporated.
