- 4 boneless center cut pork chops, 1 inch thick
- 2 onions, unpeeled, cut into quarters
- 12 cup olive oil
- 14 cup red wine vinegar
- 1 tablespoon dried sage
- 1 12 teaspoons garlic, minced
- salt and pepper
Directions

1Trim chops of excess fat.

2Place in a shallow glass dish.

4In a small bowl, combine the oil, vinegar, sage, garlic, salt and pepper.

5Pour over chops, coating well.

7Refrigerate 4 hours or overnight.

8Bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 25 to 30 minutes, brushing with marinade as they bake.
