- 1 cup sago
- 1 cup nut powder
- 2 potato
- 4 green chillies
- 1 teaspoon corn flour
- 1/2 inch ginger piece
- 2 teaspoons lemon juice
- salt to taste
- oil enough to fry
Directions

1Pressure cook potatoes.peel and mash well.

2Cut the ginger and chillies into small pieces.

3In a bowl add all ingredients and then mix well.

4Shape into cutlets and then fry well for both sides.

5Serve hot with green chutney or tomato sauce.
