Ingredients
- 3 to 4 c. cooked rice
- 1 (8 oz.) can pineapple chunks, reserve juice
- 1 c. mayonnaise
- 1 tsp. prepared mustard
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- slivered almonds
- 1/2 c. green pepper, chopped
- 1/4 c. green onions, sliced
- 1 lb. ham, diced
- 1 c. Swiss cheese, shredded
Directions

1Place rice in a large bowl.

2Pour pineapple liquid into small bowl.

3Beat in mayonnaise, mustard and salt.

4To rice, add pineapple chunks, peppers, onions and ham.

5Add dressing and mix well.

6Add cheese.

7Toss lightly.

8Chill at least one hour.

9Top with slivered almonds.
