  • 1/2 cup extra-virgin olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons red wine vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh chives
  • 2 teaspoons honey-Dijon mustard
  • 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 4 1/2-ounce packages baby greens
  • 2 cups diced smoked turkey or chicken (about 10 ounces)
  • 2 cups diced plum tomatoes
  • 1 1/2 cups diced avocados
  • 1 cup chopped peeled hard-boiled eggs
  • 1 cup crumbled cooked bacon
  • 1 cup crumbled blue cheese

Directions

    Blend first 5 ingredients in small bowl.

    Season dressing with salt and pepper.

    Divide greens among 6 plates.

    Place rows of turkey, tomatoes and avocados atop greens.
