- 1/2 c. water
- 1/4 c. margarine
- 1/2 c. flour
- 1/8 tsp. salt
- 2 eggs
Directions

1Heat oven to 400°.

2Grease 9 x 1 1/4-inch pie plate.

3Heat water and margarine to rolling boil.

4Stir in flour and salt.

5Stir vigorously over low heat until mixture forms a ball, about 30 seconds.

6Remove from heat; cool 10 minutes.

7Beat in eggs all at once.

8Continue to beat until smooth.

9Spread dough evenly in pie plate, building up edge slightly.

10Bake until puffed and dry in center, 45 to 60 minutes.

11Cool.

12Just before serving, fill with ham salad or tuna filling.
