- 2/3 cup water
- 1/4 cup margarine
- 1 cup Bisquick
- 4 eggs
Directions

1Preheat oven to 400°.

2Spray 9-inch pie plate with non-stick spray.

3Heat water and margarine to boiling in 2-quart pan.

4Add Bisquick all at once.

5Stir vigorously over low heat until a ball forms.

6Remove from heat.

7Beat in eggs one at a time, continue beating until smooth.

8Spread in pie plate--DO NOT SPREAD UP SIDES.

9Bake until puffed up and dry in center, 35-40 minutes.

10Cool.

11Fill with tuna salad or any type of salad.

12Fill just before serving.

13To make a smaller puff, cut recipe in half.
