  • 1 c. oil
  • 3/4 c. vinegar
  • 1 tsp. paprika
  • 3 tsp. salt
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 1 big or 2 small onions

Directions

    Cut up onion into blender, chopping or blending into puree and then add other ingredients, blending all until thick and creamy. Put into jar and store in refrigerator.

    Use on tossed salads and as a dip.
