  • 2 1/2 tsp. cracked pepper corn
  • 2 1/2 tsp. mustard seed
  • 4 tsp. garlic salt
  • 5 tsp. Morton tender quick salt
  • 2 tsp. Hickory liquid smoke

Directions

    Combine all ingredients. Mix well.

    Refrigerate 24 hours.

    Mix well again and refrigerate 24 hours.

    Make short rolls and place in broiler pan and bake 5 hours at 200°.
