  • 2 lb. ground beef or venison
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp. onion powder
  • 1 tsp. mustard seed
  • 2 Tbsp. liquid smoke
  • 3 Tbsp. Tender Quick salt
  • 1 c. water

Directions

    Blend together all ingredients, except water.

    Shape into rolls 2 1/2-inches in diameter (no larger).

    Wrap shiny side up in foil.

    Chill 24 hours.

    Poke holes in bottom of foil.

    Place on broiler rack with water in broiler pan.

    Bake at 325° for 90 minutes.

    Unwrap to cool.

    Great for any wild game.
