- 1/4 tsp. onion powder
- 1 tsp. mustard seed
- 2 Tbsp. liquid smoke
- 3 Tbsp. Tender Quick salt
- 1 c. water
Directions

1Blend together all ingredients, except water.

2Shape into rolls 2 1/2-inches in diameter (no larger).

3Wrap shiny side up in foil.

4Chill 24 hours.

5Poke holes in bottom of foil.

6Place on broiler rack with water in broiler pan.

7Bake at 325° for 90 minutes.

8Unwrap to cool.
