- 1 1/2 tsp. liquid smoke
- 1/4 tsp. onion powder
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. mustard seed
- 1 tsp. coarse black pepper
- 1 c. water
Directions

1Mix all together and form into rolls.

2Wrap in heavy foil or double thickness regular foil.

3Refrigerate 24 hours.

4Unwrap and bake on broiler pan at 300° for 2 hours.

5Refrigerate for several weeks or can be frozen.

6Cool before slicing.
