- 5 tsp. Morton Quick Tender salt
- 1 tsp. liquid smoke
- 5 tsp. table salt
- 2 tsp. black pepper
- 1/2 tsp. crushed red pepper flakes
- 2 1/2 tsp. mustard seed
Directions

1Mix all ingredients well and refrigerate for 24 hours.

2Take out and mix well again and return to refrigerator for another 24 hours.

3Shape into loaves and bake on broiler pan at 160° for 8 hours, turning after first 4 hours.

4After it cools, you can slice it and freeze it in sealed bags.
