  • 4 Tbsp. curing salt
  • 2 1/2 tsp. coarse ground pepper
  • 2 1/2 tsp. mustard seed
  • 2 1/2 tsp. liquid smoke
  • 1 tsp. garlic salt

    Knead like bread 5 minutes a day for 3 days.

    (Keep it in the refrigerator.)

    On the 4th day, shape into 3 rolls; place on your broiler pan in the oven set at 160° and bake for 9 hours.
