- 1 tsp. mustard seed
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 tsp. coarsely ground peppercorns
- 1 1/2 tsp. liquid smoke
- 1 c. water
Directions

1Mix all ingredients well. Divide in 1/2; make 2 long rolls. Wrap in foil and refrigerate 24 hours.

2Unwrap and place on broiler pan.

3Bake 1 1/2 hours at 300°.

4Turn over in 45 minutes. Cool.
