- 12 lasagna noodles
- 4 cup marinara sauce
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/2 lb salami, diced
- 1 small onion, diced
- 1 lb mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 15 oz ricotta cheese
- 2 large eggs
Directions

1Cook noodles according to package directions.

2In a large skillet over medium-high heat, brown the ground beef with salami and onions.

3Remove from heat.

4Drain off the excess fat.

5In a large bowl, add 3/4 of mozzarella cheese, 1/2 cup of Parmesan cheese, ricotta cheese, and eggs.

6Preheat the oven to 375AF.

7Start with about a cup of the sauce on the bottom of baking dish and place a layer of noodles on top.

8Evenly add half of meat mixture then spread a layer of cheese mixture.

9Repeat with another layer of sauce, noodles, meat, and cheese.

10Add another layer of sauce and noodles.

11Top with remaining sauce and cheese.

12Bake uncovered, until cooked through and golden brown on top, about 60 minutes.

13Let sit for 20 minutes before serving.
