- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 tablespoon prepared mustard (or dry mustard)
- 2 tsp worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp prepared horseradish
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup dry bread crumbs
- 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
- 1/2 tsp salt
- dash pepper
- 1 1/2 pound ground beef
- 1 - 2 tablespoon cooking oil
- 1/2 cup water
- 2 tablespoons parsley (optional)
Directions

1Combine soup, mustard, worcestershire and horseradish.

2Blend well and set aside.

3Lightly beat egg and then add bread crumbs, onion, salt, pepper, and 1/4 cup of soup mix.

4Add beef and mix well.

5Make patties and brown in oil.

6Combine remaining soup mix with water.

7Pour over patties, cover, and cook over low heat 10 - 15 minutes.

8Serve with parsley garnish!
