- 1 c. fresh bread crumbs
- 1 egg (optional)
- salt, pepper, garlic salt, onion salt or any seasonings to taste
- 1 can mushroom soup
- 1 can milk
Directions

1Mix hamburger, bread crumbs, egg and seasonings.

2Make into patties or meatballs and fry.

3Drain grease.

4Add cream of mushroom soup, mixed with 1 can milk.

5Pour on hamburger; let simmer for 15 minutes, or until soup thickens and flavor has gone through the meat.
