  • 2 lb. hamburger
  • 1 can onion soup
  • 1 c. bread crumbs
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 can tomato soup
  • 1 can celery soup
  • flour
  • 1 can water

Directions

    Mix hamburger, bread crumbs, onion, soup and eggs as for meat loaf.

    Make into patties; dip in flour and brown on each side. Arrange in a greased baking dish.

    Mix celery soup, tomato soup and water.

    Pour over the patties and bake at 350° for 1 hour.
