- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 egg white, beaten
- 1/3 c. chopped onion
- 1/4 c. cracker crumbs
- 2 Tbsp. milk
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 1 (12 oz.) jar beef gravy
- 1 1/4 to 1 1/2 c. sliced mushrooms
- 2 Tbsp. water
- hot cooked noodles
Directions

1In a bowl, combine the beef, egg white, onion, cracker crumbs, milk, salt and pepper.

2Shape into four oval patties.

3Fry in skillet over medium heat for 10 to 12 minutes or until cooked through, turning once.

4Remove patties and keep warm. Add gravy, mushrooms and water to skillet.

5Heat 3 to 5 minutes. Serve over patties and noodles.
