- 1 Tbsp. butter or margarine
- 1/4 c. chopped onions
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 egg
- 1/2 c. bread crumbs
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
- 1/2 c. water
Directions

1Heat oven to 350°.

2In a large skillet, melt butter and cook onion.

3In a large bowl, beat together 1/3 cup of soup and egg. Stir in bread crumbs and salt.

4Let crumbs soften about 5 minutes. Add cooked onion and beef.

5Mix well.
