  • 1 can mushroom soup
  • 1 Tbsp. prepared mustard
  • 2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp. horseradish sauce
  • 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
  • 1 beaten egg
  • 1/4 c. chopped onion
  • 1/4 c. bread crumbs
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 c. water
  • 2 Tbsp. parsley

    Blend soup, mustard, Worcestershire sauce and horseradish. Combine beef with 1/4 cup of this mixture.

    Then add egg, crumbs, onion and salt.

    Shape into patties.

    Brown in skillet, then pour off excess fat.

    Stir in the rest of the mixture, water and parsley.

    Cover and cook over low heat for about 20 minutes.
