- 1 can mushroom soup
- 1 Tbsp. prepared mustard
- 2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp. horseradish sauce
- 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
- 1 beaten egg
- 1/4 c. chopped onion
- 1/4 c. bread crumbs
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 c. water
- 2 Tbsp. parsley
Directions

1Blend soup, mustard, Worcestershire sauce and horseradish. Combine beef with 1/4 cup of this mixture.

2Then add egg, crumbs, onion and salt.

3Shape into patties.

4Brown in skillet, then pour off excess fat.

5Stir in the rest of the mixture, water and parsley.

6Cover and cook over low heat for about 20 minutes.
