- 1 lb. hamburger
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 1/2 c. bread crumbs
- 1 egg
- 1/3 c. water
- salt and pepper
Directions

1Beat egg and 1/3 of soup.

2Add bread crumbs and soak for 5 minutes.

3Add onions, salt and pepper and bread crumbs to meat and mix.

4Form approximately 6 patties and place on baking sheet. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.

5Mix remaining soup and water (I add Worcestershire sauce) and pour over patties.

6Bake for 10 to 15 minutes more.
