  • 1 lb. hamburger
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 c. chopped onion
  • 1/2 c. bread crumbs
  • 1 egg
  • 1/3 c. water
  • salt and pepper

Directions

    Beat egg and 1/3 of soup.

    Add bread crumbs and soak for 5 minutes.

    Add onions, salt and pepper and bread crumbs to meat and mix.

    Form approximately 6 patties and place on baking sheet. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.

    Mix remaining soup and water (I add Worcestershire sauce) and pour over patties.

    Bake for 10 to 15 minutes more.
