- 1 pkg. from 16 oz. pkg. saltines
- 2 lb. ground beef
- 1/2 c. catsup
- 2 eggs
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 2 Tbsp. parsley, chopped (dry or fresh)
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 tsp. each: marjoram and nutmeg
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup (golden mushroom is delicious)
- 1 c. milk
- garlic salt to taste
- 1 (4 oz.) can sliced mushrooms, cut up
Directions

1Combine first 9 ingredients; mix well.

2By 1/4 cupfuls, shape into balls or patties.

3Heat soup, milk and garlic salt.

4Pour over patties.

5Bake at 350° for 45 to 60 minutes.

6During last 10 minutes, add mushrooms.
