- 1 can golden mushroom soup
- 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
- 1 egg, slightly beaten
- 1 c. bread crumbs
- 1/4 c. chopped onion
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- dash of pepper
- 2 Tbsp. oil
- 1/2 c. water
- 2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
Directions

1Combine 1/4 cup of the soup with beef, egg, crumbs, onion and seasonings.

2Shape into 6 patties that are flat and quite thick. Brown patties in a small amount of oil in skillet.

3Drain off excess fat.

4Mix remaining soup, water and parsley.

5Pour over meat.

6Cover and cook over low heat for about 20 minutes.

7Stir occasionally.
