- 1 pkg. active dry yeast
- 1/4 c. lukewarm water plus 1 tsp. sugar
- 3/4 c. milk or soy milk
- 1/2 c. butter
- 1/4 c. honey
- 3 eggs or Egg Beaters
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 4 c. flour
Directions

1Soften yeast in lukewarm water.

2Heat milk to lukewarm.

3Cream butter and sugar together; add well beaten eggs and mix.

4Add salt to flour (add a pinch of cardamom for special flavor).

5Stir flour into butter-sugar mixture alternately with milk-yeast mixture (after yeast has softened in lukewarm water about 5 minutes combine with lukewarm milk before adding to flour).

6Beat well with wooden spoon or power mixer.

7Turn into oiled bowl.

8Let rise until double in bulk.

9Beat again and pour into Bundt pan.

10Let rise again; bake 45 minutes at 350°.

11If top gets brown too soon, cover with aluminum foil for rest of time.
