- 1 c. salmon (Double Q 14 3/4 oz. can)
- 4 eggs
- 1/4 stick margarine
- little water
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. black pepper
- small onion, chopped
Directions

1Melt margarine in frypan.

2Add salmon (mashed with fork), eggs, water, salt, black pepper and onion.

3Cook on medium-low for 30 to 45 minutes.

4Serve over white rice.
