- 1 (15 1/2 oz.) can salmon
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 soup can water
- 2 c. uncooked small pasta shells
- 2 ribs celery, sliced thin
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice or sherry
- 1 c. seasoned dry bread crumbs
- 2 Tbsp. butter/margarine
- paprika
Directions

1Drain salmon, reserving liquid; set salmon aside.

2Add enough water to salmon liquid to make 1 cup.

3Pour into 3-quart casserole.

4Add soup and water; mix well.

5Stir in shells, salmon, celery and lemon juice.

6Mix bread crumbs and butter.

7Sprinkle over top.

8Sprinkle with paprika.

9Bake in 350° oven for 1 hour, until shells are tender.
