- 1 (15 oz.) can salmon
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 4 Tbsp. salsa
- 2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
- 8 flour tortillas (8-inch)
Directions

1Drain salmon in small bowl, then combine all ingredients. Spread mixture over each of the tortillas.

2Roll each one up tightly and wrap individually with plastic wrap.

3Refrigerate 2 to 3 hours.

4Slice into bite size pieces.

5Makes about 48 appetizers.
