- 1 can drained asparagus spears
- 1 bunch sliced green onion tops
- 2 c. shredded reduced fat cheddar
- 1 can drained flaked salmon
- 1 c. bisquick type baking mix
- 1 3/4 c. skim milk
- 1 t. pepper
- 3 beaten eggs
Directions

1Place asparagus in a greased pie plate and sprinkle with cheese, onion, and salmon.

2Stir remaining ingredients together and pour on top of salmon.

3Bake at 400 degrees for 45 minutes. Serve and enjoy!
