  • 1 can drained asparagus spears
  • 1 bunch sliced green onion tops
  • 2 c. shredded reduced fat cheddar
  • 1 can drained flaked salmon
  • 1 c. bisquick type baking mix
  • 1 3/4 c. skim milk
  • 1 t. pepper
  • 3 beaten eggs

Directions

    Place asparagus in a greased pie plate and sprinkle with cheese, onion, and salmon.

    Stir remaining ingredients together and pour on top of salmon.

    Bake at 400 degrees for 45 minutes. Serve and enjoy!
