Salmon Ball

Ingredients

  • 1 (1 lb.) can salmon
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 2 to 3 tsp. grated onion
  • 1 tsp. prepared horseradish
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. liquid smoke
  • 1/2 c. chopped pecans
  • 1/2 c. snipped parsley (dry parsley may be used)

Directions

    Drain, debone and flake salmon.

    Combine with cream cheese, lemon juice, onion, horseradish, salt and liquid smoke.

    Mix thoroughly.

    Chill for several hours.

    Shape mixture into a ball and roll in nuts and parsley.

    Serve with crackers.
