- 1 (1 lb.) can salmon
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 2 to 3 tsp. grated onion
- 1 tsp. prepared horseradish
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. liquid smoke
- 1/2 c. chopped pecans
- 1/2 c. snipped parsley (dry parsley may be used)
Directions

1Drain, debone and flake salmon.

2Combine with cream cheese, lemon juice, onion, horseradish, salt and liquid smoke.

3Mix thoroughly.

4Chill for several hours.

5Shape mixture into a ball and roll in nuts and parsley.

6Serve with crackers.
