  • 16 oz. can drained salmon
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 1 small onion (optional)
  • 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1/2 c. chopped nuts
  • 1/2 c. parsley

Directions

    Soften cream cheese.

    Stir in drained salmon, chopped onion and lemon juice.

    Refrigerate.

    When firm, roll in nuts and parsley.

    Refrigerate and serve.
