Salmon Ball

Ingredients

  • 1 can salmon, deboned
  • 8 oz. cream cheese
  • 1 Tbsp. finely chopped onion
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1 Tbsp. horseradish
  • 3 drops liquid smoke
  • 1 Tbsp. pickle relish
  • 3 Tbsp. parsley flakes
  • 1 Tbsp. paprika
  • 1/2 c. chopped pecans

Directions

    Drain salmon and flake.

    Mix all ingredients, except the last 3.

    May add 2 drops red food coloring to add more pinkness. Refrigerate overnight.

    Form into ball and roll in the parsley flakes, paprika and chopped pecans.

    Serve with crackers.
