- 1 can salmon, deboned
- 8 oz. cream cheese
- 1 Tbsp. finely chopped onion
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 Tbsp. horseradish
- 3 drops liquid smoke
- 1 Tbsp. pickle relish
- 3 Tbsp. parsley flakes
- 1 Tbsp. paprika
- 1/2 c. chopped pecans
Directions

1Drain salmon and flake.

2Mix all ingredients, except the last 3.

3May add 2 drops red food coloring to add more pinkness. Refrigerate overnight.

4Form into ball and roll in the parsley flakes, paprika and chopped pecans.

5Serve with crackers.
