- 1 (16 oz.) can salmon
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 3 1/2 tsp. grated onion
- 2 1/2 tsp. horseradish
- 3/4 tsp. salt
- dash of Worcestershire
- several dashes cayenne pepper
- 1/4 tsp. liquid smoke
- 3/4 c. chopped nuts
- 3 Tbsp. minced parsley
Directions

1Drain salmon and remove bones.

2Cream the cream cheese.

3Blend in other ingredients.

4When well blended, gently add salmon.

5Shape into ball and roll in mixture of nuts and parsley.
