  • 1 (16 oz.) can salmon
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 3 1/2 tsp. grated onion
  • 2 1/2 tsp. horseradish
  • 3/4 tsp. salt
  • dash of Worcestershire
  • several dashes cayenne pepper
  • 1/4 tsp. liquid smoke
  • 3/4 c. chopped nuts
  • 3 Tbsp. minced parsley

Directions

    Drain salmon and remove bones.

    Cream the cream cheese.

    Blend in other ingredients.

    When well blended, gently add salmon.

    Shape into ball and roll in mixture of nuts and parsley.
