- 1 lb. can red salmon
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 2 tsp. grated onion
- 1 tsp. prepared horseradish
- 1/4 tsp. salt
Directions

1Drain and flake salmon; remove skin and bones.

2Combine salmon, cream cheese, lemon juice, horseradish and salt.

3Mix thoroughly.

4Chill about 4 hours, then roll in small balls. Combine 1/4 cup chopped pecans and 3 tablespoons parsley flakes. Roll balls into nut mixture and chill well before serving.
