- 4 soda crackers, crushed
- 1/2 c. cooked rice
- 1 tsp. chopped onion
- 2 eggs, beaten
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can water
Directions

1Mix together, except for soup and water.

2Form into ball.

3Put in loaf cake pan.

4Pour soup, diluted with water, over the salmon balls.

5Bake 30 minutes at 350°.
