- 1 can salmon
- 1 egg, slight beaten
- 1/2 c. each: chopped onion, finely chopped green pepper and whole-wheat bread crumbs
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 tsp. grated lemon peel
- 1/2 tsp. rosemary, crushed
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
Directions

1Drain salmon; flake.

2Combine ingredients; mix well.

3Form into 4 or 5 patties.

4Pan-fry in small amount of oil until lightly browned on both sides.

5Serve on toasted hamburger buns.
