  • 1 can salmon
  • 1 egg, slight beaten
  • 1/2 c. each: chopped onion, finely chopped green pepper and whole-wheat bread crumbs
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1 tsp. grated lemon peel
  • 1/2 tsp. rosemary, crushed
  • 1/8 tsp. pepper

    Drain salmon; flake.

    Combine ingredients; mix well.

    Form into 4 or 5 patties.

    Pan-fry in small amount of oil until lightly browned on both sides.

    Serve on toasted hamburger buns.
