  • 4 eggs
  • 2 c. milk
  • 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
  • 6 oz. pkg. Caesar croutons
  • 1 lb. can salmon, flaked
  • 1/2 c. chopped green pepper
  • 1/4 c. chopped onion
  • 2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese

Directions

    In medium bowl, beat together eggs, milk and soup.

    Stir in croutons, flaked salmon, green pepper and onion.

    Pour into buttered 11 3/4 x 7 1/2 x 1 3/4-inch baking dish.

    Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over top.

    Bake at 350° for 45 minutes or until set in center.
