- 2 eggs
- 14 cup whipping cream
- 14 cup cornmeal
- 2 tablespoons sliced green onions
- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 14 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 pinch pepper
- 12 teaspoon salt (optional)
- 1 (14 3/4 ounce) can salmon, drained,boned & flaked
- 1 -2 tablespoon butter or 1 -2 tablespoon margarine
Directions

1In a medium bowl, beat eggs.

2Add cream, cornmeal, onions, flour, baking powder, pepper and salt if desired.

3Add salmon; mix well.

4Melt butter in skiller or griddle; drop salmon mixture by 1/3 cupfuls and cook over medium heat for 5 mins.

5on each side or until lightly browned.

6Serve hot.
