- 1/2 c. corn meal
- 1/4 c. flour
- salt
- pepper
- 1 egg
Directions

1Prepare salmon by making sure there are no bones or anything in the salmon you may remove.

2Add all ingredients together.

3You can add chopped onion, if you desire.

4Thoroughly mix and press the mixture into small, 3-inch wide patties.

5Place in a large frying pan in oil just enough to cover the bottom of the pan well. Fry; turn as each side browns.
