- 1 can salmon, drain and clean
- 1/3 c. cracker crumbs
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp. lemon juice
- 2 Tbsp. margarine
- 1 medium onion
- 1 rib celery
- 1/4 medium green pepper
- black pepper to taste
Directions

1Melt margarine; add onion, celery and green pepper and saute. Combine all ingredients.

2Shape into small cakes.

3Place in refrigerator for an hour or so.

4This will keep them from falling apart when fried.

5Dip in flour and fry in oil until golden brown.
