  • 1 can salmon (or fresh)
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 c. chopped onions
  • 1/4 c. chopped green peppers
  • Mrs. Dash original blend or lemon pepper
  • 1/2 c. crushed saltine crackers

Directions

    Open can of salmon and drain liquid.

    In a mixing bowl, empty salmon and remove all bones.

    Crumble up salmon.
  4. 4
    Add all remaining ingredients and mix with your hands.

    In frying pan, add 1/2 stick margarine.
  6. 6
    Make patties with salmon and turn when each side is brown.
  7. 7
    Squeeze lemon over patties (optional).

    Makes 4 servings.
