- 1 can salmon (or fresh)
- 1 egg
- 1/2 c. chopped onions
- 1/4 c. chopped green peppers
- Mrs. Dash original blend or lemon pepper
- 1/2 c. crushed saltine crackers
Directions

1Open can of salmon and drain liquid.

2In a mixing bowl, empty salmon and remove all bones.

3Crumble up salmon.

4Add all remaining ingredients and mix with your hands.

5In frying pan, add 1/2 stick margarine.

6Make patties with salmon and turn when each side is brown.

7Squeeze lemon over patties (optional).
-
8Makes 4 servings.
