  • 1 lb. can salmon, drained
  • 2 Tbsp. butter
  • 2 Tbsp. onion
  • 1 c. bread cubes
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1/4 c. milk
  • 1/2 tsp. mustard
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. paprika
  • cracker meal

Directions

    Mix all ingredients except cracker meal.

    Form into patties then coat with cracker meal. Fry in hot oil after refrigerating for 1hour.

    Drain on paper towels.
